Improved administration scouting youth players

KRC Genk requested to simplify the administration for the scouting of youth players.

As of now, it is possible to print out address stickers and letters of the selected players. This process is fully automated. The letters were made especially for KRC Genk, but it's no problem to adapt them for other interested clubs.
